Since 1844, the Brothers of Delta Kappa Epsilon - also called Dekes - numbering over one hundred thousand have bonded at over seventy chapters on campuses across North America such as Phi at Yale, Delta Phi at Edmonton, and of course our chapter, Phi Alpha at UBC.
Since our founding, community involvement and philanthropy have been at the heart of our organization's mission to promote honorable friendship and useful citizenship. Our continual growth and progress in these areas over the past several years has been motivated by our goal of becoming one of the top philanthropic organizations on campus. We aim to serve and to give back to the community through a variety of functions and activities including fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, charitable donations, and support of the philanthropic efforts of our fellow groups in the Greek community.
